There is nothing which I liked about this company and is one of the worst company I ever came across.

Dislikes

I went for an interview in this company. Firstly they will mention in the interview invitation message that you should be present 15 mins prior to the interview. I reached on time and then they made me wait for 1 hr 30 mins. The interviewer was playing with a baby which caused the delay in the process. My interview went well and was asked to submit a test which they will provide. Also they have a criteria that the test should be submitted within the time frame they provide after that if we submit then they wont consider it. I submitted the test within the given time frame and mailed about the same but didn't received even an acknowledgement on the mail. I waited for 1 week but then too didn't received any mail. I called the HR to ask for the feedback and some male employee picked up the call and was talking so rude to me that we have 100s of employee you are not only the one you should wait and if you don't have patience then just leave. I don't know if they have so many candidates then why even they take the interview. This company doesn't have basic manners to acknowledge the mail and they are hiring people. First educate your employees and then hire others.

I started my job in an all together different field, however during lockdown I was remowed from my old job. I did self learning in web development and applied here. They gave me a few test projects and gave me feedback and absorbed me into the company. I have been able to learn and grow with them. Very young company and good work culture. They have been putting their employee first.
