These consultancy service made fraud promises and plays with student's emotions .. 1st of all they took computer test and then typing test and tells us that the job is in bank ..this is not sales regarding job no calling and then they sends Kalyan for document verification and then they send to branch for job ..but there they knew that the job is in bank but this is sales job and calling too ..and sometimes you go to field for sale..this is totally fraud with well educated students also they have not value of students education they only wants employees for sale job.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
