Oh god, I'm sorry readers but nothing really, other than above-average salary maybe. One benefit of working here can be that, if you're good at your work then it feels like a government office (Laid back), and you will have a stable position but then again at the same time, you'll feel underpaid because you work that well.

Politics, No HR communication, and what the hell is a confidential promotion, I understand about secret appraisals but promotion? No hierarchy is followed at any level. The incentive is a myth here, you won't get any billing details to know how much you should be getting.

No interaction with hr. Haved asked for contact but have never got replies. Will hold salary with silly reasons like they gave some more in the last salary.

You get salary on time i. e every 7th of month. But difficult to connect to IDC team if you need help.

Job security is none. As soon as contract is over or terminated due to management politics between IDC and client company they won't even keep you on their payroll for a day nor they will help you in internal client or project switch(Happen with me and lots of my colleagues, gave notice of 10 day to find another job). Make false promise for on role at client location , no appraisal and only 18 leaves are allowed per year. May provide good salary but you will never be sure how long they will keep you.

...DC Technologies Inc was that our knowledge, capability and ideas were respected. We got good benefits and salary and the management actually listened to what we had to say – our opinions on how to improve our practices were heeded to. There are no restrictions to what we can achieve here. My working experience here has taught me a lot related to my field – development. Fortunately, my manager was proficient in the field as well as insightful. It was enlightening to watch the way he skillfully managed his projects. He has taught us a lot on how to be a team leader and player and how to organize tasks. As a team leader, our manager kept inspiring us to do better and highlighted our achievements regularly. This was our energy booster to put in more. Issues were sorted out in no time, thanks to his able supervision and experience. I was also happy to interact with and get the backing of other managers and senior level executives at IDC. I can say I’ve learnt a lot from them, especially in areas like handling team coordination and reducing threats to performance. I’ve had the opportunity to learn new domains.

I worked in a project (not as H1B) that was long-term and ongoing with regular output needed from our end. Needless to say, it was demanding. We needed to put in the required manhours to raise a bill to the client. This wasn’t always possible though, especially when work was dry in certain months. The client, which was a Canadian SaaS firm, was about to be acquired and had several projects coming up before the change. Later these were shelved when the acquisition actually happened. We’re hoping to get that account back with more work and projects. IDC had to temporarily stop working on a few projects because of the client’s financial position. This in turn affected us, the employees. We had to change projects, move to other clients or worse, stay without any project on the bench till we had no other option but to quit our job. Hard-working and motivated employees also face this and feel dejected; would the management please do something about this?

Working at IDC has been a mixture of pleasure and harrasment. You get the salary you deserve but that salary remains your salary for the next 2-3 years as the incremental policy is not that transparent. I had to wait for 2 and a half years to get my another increment. Salary will be credited on 7.

We get our incentives paid at an uncertain duration. The VP and Business heads have all the luxury while the rest has to acknowledge their KRA, be it Sunday or any day. On the top of it, job is not secure here. You come from your home to office and plan your day. But the management may have other plans for you. You can be the next anytime and asked to submit your laptop, cards and all and then exit.
