There is nothing good working with the consulting firm like IDC. Have literally faced mnay issues and regret my decision choosing working with IDC. Will request everyone to avoid getting employed with them even you do not have any job.

...ugh you are in payroll with IDC. No proper acknowledgment on your time sheets. Salary is always delayed (approx 1-2 weeks)even after the approvals & have to beg to release the salary. Will have to keep following up and escalate to the higher levels and they barely give any response. No connect sessions with the employees. HR is least bothered about that. No proper team. Will have to keep on playing email chains to get a proper and constructive reponse even if you are on medical leave.

...location. So. All work life, culture, job security depends on the their clients. You will get received salary on time that's it only IDC do.

There is no guarantee on your job/contract. Any time you will be release.

Hey All , Everyone gets happy once they receive any offer So same was the case in my scenario.

I would not recommend until and unless they promise for salary hike. got placed in Wipro in the payroll of IDC but there is not a single hike , no reimbursement for medical health issue, no security any time termination is waiting no knowledge gain.

Oh god, I'm sorry readers but nothing really, other than above-average salary maybe. One benefit of working here can be that, if you're good at your work then it feels like a government office (Laid back), and you will have a stable position but then again at the same time, you'll feel underpaid because you work that well.

Politics, No HR communication, and what the hell is a confidential promotion, I understand about secret appraisals but promotion? No hierarchy is followed at any level. The incentive is a myth here, you won't get any billing details to know how much you should be getting.
