Salary will be delayed u need to remind the job of the HR. Response won't be there u need to corner them in all ways to get the answer. There is no regulations for appraisal cycle.

...company i ever seen.. really very poor management by HR manager and their team.. also they will say you one salary before joining.. after joining they will reduce the salary drastically . No proper work lofe balance.

Our job is secured. Onsite role has good Work-Life balance. Not recommended for career growth as learning opportunities are very less.

You can't develop your career in this company, as they send their employees within a month to their home that their performance is not adequate... No training is also given for the work.
