Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. ...company i ever seen.. really very poor management by HR manager and their team.. also they will say you one salary before joining.. after joining they will reduce the salary drastically . No proper work lofe balance.
