The finance department need to hire professional people. The salary is not satisfactory at all there is no Financial incentives and there is no appreciation for the employee”s work. There is no specific working hours you are working all day And even in holidays there is no respect for the employees time.

Company has good culture and employee friendly environment. Management expects you to handle things on your own and learn Having good exposure for self learning Manager is really good and helpful HR policy is also good Specially you get recognized every month from your seniors as per your performance

Dislikes

Benefits and salary is less. Travelling allowance is less as per the positions and other benefits is also not there such as telephone expenses should be apart from salary. Daily allowance should also be increased.

...ng Very toxic environment, no work life balance, expect to work on sundays also. Satirday holiday is a myth they will make u work 24×7 Upper management is worse nepo culture they expect u to perform AAA+ by giving salary of B category 3rd class company

...rg foster an open working culture were the CEO was also available listen to you. Compensation and benefits almost meets the market standards. Engagement activities were conducted regularly. The appraisal system was also satisfactory and fair.

ESOPs policy should have been more flexible and should be applicable to support functions like finance and HR. More diversity in the sales team is required.
