Salary on time.

Dislikes

Random decisions, the management doesn't really understand the business and just rides on impulses. You getting laid off might get decided over a game of beer pong and you might have a better job safety than iCubesWire will provide you with.

There is little to almost nothing positive about this organisation. It is a fraud affiliate marketing business, taking their customers for a ride and will be found out soon enough.

The company is being run by incompetent people who have no knowledge of how the business actually operates. Going through the founder & CEO's LinkedIn profile to go through the golden nuggets of an undeveloped brain is good enough to realise their real worth. If this is not enough, this person has ensured that he will be surrounded by yes-people who are also taking him and his business for a ride.

They pay the current employees on time. That's the only good part there.. but if you are an ex employee good luck with getting your FNF. They say they will give it 90 days which in itself is not as per market practice, but most of the ex employees get their FN only after 150 days

Really don't know where to start - Everything here is a scam and paid PR. Don't go by the posts they put on LinkedIn, don't even go by the positive reviews you see here. All are fake or put by the HR or the co founders who are trying hard to stay relevant. - They have a hire and fire policy - You will not find them present in any industry events or gatherings as they worried about vendors and publishers asking them for their money. - The targets are unrealistic and far from market intelligence or reality. - Their solution or strategy to anything is offering a bribe, probably that's how they get business. - They have a very bad name in the market and are blacklisted in most places. The more time you spend there you will realize that you will considered in the same bracket. - They have absolutely no vision, they come up with a new strategy every 3 months trying to fill their pockets without any long term approach. - It's not a company, its a shop run by a bunch of unqualified jokers. - The CEO is living in an alternate universe with all the rubbish he posts on LinkedIn. The companies realty is no where close to that. - The avg tenure in the organization is 6 months, this is testimony to its toxic culture. - They are always hiring, because no one stays here for long which is big red flag. - In the Gurgaon office people are asked to leave on a weekly basis. They have sold one floor and are operating out of one floor now. - They have shut their office in Jakarta - In Dubai a lot of people have been laid off. - In the Mumbai office, over a period of a year 27 people have left the organization. Just to put things to context its a 20 seater office, we are talking about a 140% attrition rate. But i doubt the management knows what that even means. - They have the least number of leaves in the industry. If the CEO decides a leave will be cancelled they cancel it without taking anything into consideration. - Their system's are super complex, not even 10% of the current workforce knows how the system works - Employee engagement according to them is getting people high. - The HR has no role or say in anything. Their only role is to hire people. Ironically a lot of people from the HR department have been fired in the last year. - People with no expertise are hired at senior positions. When u quit they lure you with a higher salary and designation, without even thinking it through on the individuals capabilities. - The company is going through a serious financial crunch. They are just too egoistic and embarrassed to accept it. - They haven't paid most of their vendor and partners. Ask any ex employee a lot of them haven't received their FNF even after 150 days of moving on from this place. - They do pointless conclaves and events just to stay relevant. When the truth is, they are doing this by not paying people on time

A mom n pop shop with no expertise in the field of advertising or marketing. They scam clients in the name of Performance Marketing. Some of the 'publishers' associated with the organisation are shopkeepers from Gaffar market.
