Pharma Client environment is very good at most of the places but all time some management problems related to salary slip, cheque submission for bond, appointment letter, PF approvals are very difficult to convince management to provide.

Everyone in HR and HOD is really friendly, and company makes you feel you are important to them. I worked many company but ICS and my hod Mr Gagendra Dhapte is really nice peson. Overall it's feel like you work within family.

If audit in company & if I am on leave , that time is very difficult and urgent call from company and attend audit as possible as
