I regret working for this company. Not only did they unjustly deduct my salary without any valid explanation or prior notice, but when I raised the issue, I was met with nothing but arrogance and indifference from management. The attitude towards employees is absolutely disrespectful. They don’t care about your hard work, they only care about their profits. The way they treat their staff is downright appalling.

Dislikes

The work environment is a complete nightmare- it’s toxic, draining, and disorganized. Leadership lacks any sense of accountability, and it shows. No one is valued, and there’s constant miscommunication, leaving employees to fend for themselves with no support. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company. You deserve a respectful workplace where you’re compensated fairly and treated like a human being. Unfortunately, this company doesn’t know how to do either.

...ebsite www.playR.co.in There is nothing really to appreciate about this company. It has a very old school culture and salary is also not given as promised.

I was confirmed for Salary of of 50K for 3 Months and then 65K after that. For 3 Months company was very appreciative for the work i did but as soon as the time came to give actually salary mentioned in the Offer letter they just backed out. They make you feel worthless and say a 15k guy can do your work. Also they transferred me only 50% of the salary and without any notice they just let me go. After few days the company called again to join at the same salary. In short the management is very poor. There is no Human value in this organization The Director just abuses the staff. After i left the company all the other departments also left and found job elsewhere.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
