Iconma have very good no of clients.

...p their employees. Had a very bad experience specially with the Director and HR. Iconma always force employees to work for extra time but pay nathing for it.

Some managers are very kind and supportive They understand your problem and grant you leave request if you are not feeling well or if you have family emergency

Dislikes

12 hours shift very frequent and they pay u for 9 hrs Pressure is extremely high

...ave any proof to submit. Nonsense Presentations. Unrealistic deductions on pay. No health benefits, even if you enroll and pay from your salary the concerned team won't put efforts to give your health card details tp you. Worst company ever .

The only thing i like in iconma is they will credit salary on or before 5th of every month.

No encouragement,they will give non technical work,no proper process in development life cycle, no respect towards QA team,no bonus,no festival gifts....etc

One of good companies to work as a fresher, if you have that zeal to learn things, you would get sufficient time to know things, but as soon as you get older to the system go gonna get a lot of pressure. You get both side cabs, irrespective of male or female.

There are a couple of things which makes ICONMA a worst place to work in, mentioning them all below: - The HR is just so called position here, Pooja Mishra is HRM here who enjoys dragging her mouse all the day having no work to do. She is good for nothing there, if you have any concern related to anything, forget, you will not get any resolution from her, she would route you again to the person who you have the concern or an issue from. - Deepak Kumar is the VP for Noida region, who is a biggest shallow, but a good and understanding person in nature which is one of his good qualities. - Prabhat Thakur, one of worst managers here, just pray to god you don't get aligned to his team at all, he is the only one termite who is deteriorating the whole company's environment, a bootlicker of the VP (Deepak Kumar) there, he doesn't have the knowledge of anything, doesn't have soft skills, a most egoistic person who ate so many good employees so far. If you get in his eyes, he will start being behind you, even admin, IT, everyone just afraid of him. A biggest shallow, yokel who just likes female employees in his team, he doesn't like males, except 2-3 of his bootlickers. - If they get to know that you're going to resign, either they will put you on PIP or start to micromanagement against you so they don't have to pay the salary and will make you ineligible to re-hire.
