The Workplace is quite good, but the work ethics are quite poor, everyone thinks they are greater than each other in terms of posts, roles and postings, no one is willing to help.

There is a monopoly when it comes to recruitment in NIRRH, they tend already acquire the person for the so called mentioned role and still would advertise vacancy for that post, and will not contact you even though you apply.
