New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

ICM 's teammates live in a such friendship to be considered as one family members.On board ICM look over your training certificates and safety job, because working safely can boosted your career and allow you to grow in rank which will influence you salary at high level . ICM has always worked with others company by contract. All workers's documents are sent at new company's office to be selected on their manager willing. those with good competency are selected to work. Obviously housekeeping must be in your mind whenever you are beginning any job . We earn money by job but never fail to look for better than present one because we didn't be linked forever to ICM; So if possible we can go forward .

Long a go, ICM was referenced as one of the bests in our country, but to days , politics use to influence badly his management until workers are recommended against good selection , No comment, nothing can stand to be good.
