There is too much to dislike about this organisation. No work life balance 6 day week. Work culture is horrible I have been working here only for a month and i just want to switch.

Terrible work culture no fixed office timing official office timing was 9.15 -6.30 pm but we were forced to sit at office till 8.30-9pm by the branch manager in Rohini Branch Delhi. only 1 week off sunday . one day i came to office at 9.40 am branch manager told me you will not punch your attendance today. i left the job after 4 months , 12 hour job is impossible for me everyday. The travel allowance was only 1200 per month i have \to spend 1-2k more out of my own pocket for client visit cost.

There is senior sales manager role is like a regional head but no senior support and no system allocation to us so wrost about a system

...of more than 65-80% on the incentive earned plus the tax paid to the government. I mean if you're a charitable person then you can donate your salary and incentive to ICICI.

...ld up my full and final settlement part, i I mean who the hell is he to decide .is he giving salary frm his own pockets.cheap mentality and harrasing nature of the particular person rather I ll tell a tiny dirt who has too much negative and sexst character towards his female employees evn though he is married. passing sexual comments to female employees and making morally degrade comments, his nature. That is why employees who were excellent in their work resigned and went to some good opportunities for this creature. HR is also clueless and doesn't have a decision making power Really bully nature and mentally and physical harassment by that particular manager.. .real pathetic creature.
