Only good if you just need a job and want to improve some sales skills otherwise go for another brokers like motilal oswal because in icici securities the main focus is on life insurance only so it's better to go to any bank if you can LI because banks will pay you more.

There is no appraisal your salary will increase only after promotion. Managers are not really good or knowledgeous.

Traget pressure can make you a cold-blooded person because you need to acquire new clients every day. There are a total of 17 products you need to sell to the customers by calling them and asking them to invest. If you have a big family or friends circle, you can join this company because you can ask your friends or family to open an account, which will be easy to achieve weekly and monthly target.

I'm Writing this review after working 7 months. In these day's I learnt so many things. Complete learning you will get. Also seniors and Manager's will help you for getting promoted. In every 6 months there is a chance for getting promoted to next cycle.

...satisfaction at all. Holiday's are also limited. Saturday also full day working. Salary is not that much great and for getting incentives you need to work hard with parameters. If you complete all the parameters you will get the incentives, You will spend your own money for fulfilling the target. Fully target is on Life Insurance Business. If you really want sales and target based job then only go for this job or else don't go for it. As simple as that. Completely dependent on your work. Work hard get success or else nothing you will get. Office start timing is 9 AM and end time depending upon your work finishing.

There is too much to dislike about this organisation. No work life balance 6 day week. Work culture is horrible I have been working here only for a month and i just want to switch.
