In finance department accounting process is not set properly as compare to others company and Some Manager doing mentally torcher to employees

... You will get good colleagues. Job security is not an issue if you perform well. Salary is credited on time and annual bonus is decent.

Too much calling on landline phone. High targets which can be stressful. Difficult to achieve proper work life balance. I would work on Saturday's too.

So much pressure created by team leader, never appreciate for work, they don't give good salary hike. No job Stability . Top management didn't know about ground level. Revised target every quarter this creates so much pressure. No palace to chill, no leaves allowed
