... pays less but there's at least mental peace to an extent and work life balance. The only good thing at ICICI Securities is salary for freshers.

The culture and the bosses. Everyone cares about sales here. If you don't do sales, don't achieve targets then they would treat you like sh"t and take out your work life balance because you will be made to work for like 12 hours a day. Nobody cares except sales in this company.

-people and culture. still working in era of 5 day week with people having pseudo seniority complex. - no infra for newer tech. still stuck in ProC and Oracle. Microservice is an alien concept here

Traget pressure can make you a cold-blooded person because you need to acquire new clients every day. There are a total of 17 products you need to sell to the customers by calling them and asking them to invest. If you have a big family or friends circle, you can join this company because you can ask your friends or family to open an account, which will be easy to achieve weekly and monthly target.

...nings and growth to the Securities Market as well as in my Career Opportunities. The benefits and compensation, HR policies were also good which helped me to become financially independent person. At times it was hard to handle the excessive pressure but was manageable. Also, to take leaves was really a tough job when it is genuinely needed and you have leave balance left.

It is suggested that only salesperson join this job. For company it is suggested to treat their employees as humans and value customers. They say that they have customer first policy, but all they care is about brokerage and product sales.
