At times it was hard to handle the excessive pressure but was manageable. Also, to take leaves was really a tough job when it is genuinely needed and you have leave balance left.

If you have a big family or friends circle, you can join this company because you can ask your friends or family to open an account, which will be easy to achieve weekly and monthly target.

It is suggested that only salesperson join this job. For company it is suggested to treat their employees as humans and value customers. They say that they have customer first policy, but all they care is about brokerage and product sales.
