Hi everyone, I am currently working as a Sales Manager in a leading BFSI company, and I am planning to switch to Zomato as an Area Manager. ...ed for. There is no work-life balance. Company work culture is purely political. No learnings and compensation is below industry standards. Suggestion to anyone who is thinking to work here: Better go for Delivery agent rather work for ICICI Prudential.

We have Job security but we dnt have growth opportunity.

Dislikes

No Growth in last 3years. Very less salary hike every year. 1st they will give you good rating when its time for promotion they will give you very low rating so no promotion u can get.
