...my first job, therefore my excitement and expectations to new job was very high. That was exactly matched with IPRU the salary and incentive every month credited on time. Just doing work and there will be support always. But due to dream for entering FMCG sector i quit there. But I am to say that I was a part of IPRU.

Dislikes actually was not there, just internal politics which could be found in every organisation. People's thoughts can't be changed so looking in broader way organisation is fully dedicated to support (my personal experience)

Company aggressively changed its model of working from home in COVID and still managed to give salary to employees. Good Support overall

You'll need to be self-driven all the time. There's constant pressure of achievement of targets

An Old agent scared me about a BOMB BLAST. That person was from Dubai and was working as an agent in this company into sales in the cafeteria he started saying that when a company shuts down in Dubai we call it Blast. I corrected him by saying that I am an accounts student and we call it a dissolved company a solvent company but he insisted and said when you open a tiffin and it Blast like a bomb that is what happens. I got scared like hell by listening to this I closed my tiffin took my bag and left from that office immediately after going down first time in my life I smoked 5 cigarettes at a time even the shopkeeper was asking what happened but I did not say anything I went completely mental and blank for the next 2 days when I came back to the office on the third day my manager Issac said you did not inform me for the leave and started scolding. I tried explaining him but he got very angry so I left again from the office and left the job. It is been many years for this incident to happen from then till now I am taking psychologist medicine daily because of that incident I was very scared even to go to the police I was scared to say anything about this to anyone.

...d your juniors to the field who will teach them how to get a sale Mr Shaktimaan? Later on you will ask your own employees to buy the companies products and insurance policy by the salary that they have received. Is that how you are growing your sales? The whole life insurance industry is doing this. When you say you do not want to buy any policy from your salary you will be tortured like hell for hours and hours. Seriously if I had money to file a case on you I would have done that for mental torture.

There is not have any work life balance, specially in group claims ,manager is not cooperative, for a single day sick leave also they asked like why did you inform previously.saturdays are working for partial employees.Hr &Sr Management is not supportive for employees they are at side of only managers.Promotion criteria is not basis of performance but on favourtism basis....hr will not assure that your conversation will be confidential & but each information gave to senior rather than to help out employees get more torture from manager.

...own brand so it's easy to deal with clients. 2nd competitively amazing products. 3rd salary payouts are always on time. 4th presure for growth is remarkably high.

1st Very High Sales Pressure!! 2nd incentives playmates are very delayed. 3rd less work-life balance, sometimes you have to attend meetings on Sunday & have meet client on weekends also. 4th you have to be lucky enough to get a supportive BM & RM. Otherwise you'll end up resigning with in 6-12 mouth. 5th if you have hard-core sales mindset & have good networking skills then you could stay at ipru & grow. Otherwise you'll get Frustrated very soon.
