I'm working in ICICI prudential Life insurance but offrole employee,No bonus,no salary hike,have to work late but no OT salary,won't give salary

I like the environment of ipru here the seniors and Junior's work together to achieve the organizational goals and also the managers of all the channels were guides and teaches politely that how to work and handle their customers in any situations.

...ties and also makes them more loyal towards their work and also for the company. Good pay also increase there working capacity.

I like the culture little bit but salary is very bad only they provide good salary to the college placement peoples

Many of the things like salary and designation is totally not up to the mark of someone is from college placement they provide good package and designation doesn't matter it's a fresher and when we talk about experience person there expectations are very high towards but salary is very very less

Company develop people by learning and valuable skills. Customer first, best product's with features.

... 18 years of my life to the company , doesn’t recognise handwork and commitment.New hires from outside the company are brought in at higher salary's. That kind of thing unvalued and disheartened.
