they never look effort they only see number of business and very stricktly abt it.so it was very rood nd pressurised by company nd your senior manager never help even you hav good lead . if you work with pru you hav to consertrain on you work nver listen just work on you lead achive you target so naver depend on other .

Here, I was off-role Employee of this Company. I has Worked on Contractual Basis. There was no increment in my Salary since 4 Year. I dislike this.
