At the starting moment company was good but salary benefit and appraisal is shit if you just want calls and minutes to be completed and work like donkey so any one can join its just company have fame and money but they never respect employees management has also became worst now no support nothing At last they just only tell you will fire your on the spot.

I was in Sales, direct channel. Salary is on time. Brand name is dominant and cause of that market share is great. Brand name looks good on CV.

Partiality of TLs/bosses, licking culture prominent, too much work pressure. Learning curve is not great.
