The training structure is phenomenally, knowledge is something you’ll gain here within 6 months you’ll be thoroughly trained about all the asset classes given than you are interested in learning. Free training programs are also provided Work culture is amazing you won’t be yelled at until and unless you have messed up something very important upper management is amazing Goregoan branch has some of the best people working at the upper management level. Shoutout to the regional head he is very fun and communicative and has zero ego there is an open door policy anyone can approach him at any given time to have a conversation or problem solving tips. Salary credits are timely without any delay you might get it early but never late. The promotional structure is slow and salary upraises are very low if you are ready to put in 5 years to reach the position of a TL that’s fine but if you looking for climbing the ladder quickly that is something which is not going to happen Daily targets are a little irritating and the compliance is also very very strict from a company stand point that’s good but from an employees point of stance it’s very restrictive If you don’t like public speaking or attending meets or presenting ppts you are going to hate it her because the company will make sure every employee is confident with their speech and will try to make you present a ppt at least once every 3 months The work profile gets a bit boring after a point as it is pretty repetitive and the compliance while taking calls is very restrictive and will make taking calls a bit tricky Salary is the major concern as monetary growth slow which can be expected from a big company...Read More

Getting indepth knowledge of mutual funds is the best so far.

Dislikes

No incentive, as it is an amc incentives aren't allowed. But they do hardcore sales on low wage. Sometimes make you work on non working days. And most times We had to keep calling till 7:30/ 8:00 pm, while the end time was 6:30 on paper.

Work culture was superb when the work was hybrid, now its just as a call centre though for beginners its a superb place but not for experienced Salary on time Yearly bonus if you're average you may get around 50k ,if good thn around 1L
