There is several departments, i was working in ( CRT Department ), i had good experience at icici Lombard, if you are completing your on time so no one will force you for OT, if you want leave so you will have to inform few days back to your reporting person and your leave will be approved, we had office outing also, i had been there for 1 year i haven't felt any office politics.

Less salary IJP after 18 months No gift or sweet in diwali Less salary hike

No work life balance pay less and stress more hire by telling inbound customer support and force to do more sales worst it management any technical issue we have to face deviations double standard management

Worst company no work life balance they will hire for inbount and make you to do outcalls and force to sale eventhough customer is not intrested no incentive it management of company is worst part any technical issue epmloye have to compensate the deviations double standard management

Work Life Balance is Better for those who are doing alternative work also like freelancer,event management,any sport player. there is many shift available Like mrng, general,semi general, night shift, there is no fix shift and also rotational 2 weekoff.

No Fix shift, sunday no fix weekoff.Low salary.

Nothing but one tranier till now who really help hard and connect with us rest all were arrogant people's.

There are lot more if I gonna speak all I think the box will show me the limit, There work culture is below average the salary won't justify employees work at all and also employees have that much pressure were company directly asking to leave to some employees without any reason because of sometimes some personal issue or sometimes there arrogant nature. It's my humble request just treat your people like your people not your personal assistant.

...eone's talent to bring you up and if you are women than its so much easy :( ....last but not least they prefer hiring TLs from external source and pay them high but they will not give growth to internal employee who is eligible for same and had worked for 5yr with good rating and process knowledge. Here you are judged by perception and not by your performance.
