The company respected the offers they gave. They didn't revoke any offer. The company has many gaps in terms of technology, automation and digitalization. Hence, the projects are very good. Lots of roles & responsibilities. Good learning curve.

... to start? The compensation is good (neither the best in the market nor less). But it's doesn't pay for the mental trauma that every employee has to go through while working here( especially when you're a new fish in the pond). The work life balance is pathetic. Nobody is professional, except the HR. But you won't be interacting with them after you are onboard. Peers don't reply to your mails, msgs. You have to call them multiple times to even get an acknowledgement. It's not just about the politics but also about the language your seniors talk to you in. They are still living in 1990-2000 when the leadership style of screaming, blackmailing, warning about firing you works. To the Mancom of Lombard - Please improve the leadership style of your VPs and AVPs. Thankyou

Toxic behaviour by top management, and HR will not supportive, On every day 4-5 con call , work under pressure , HR will transfer any time any where without prior notice, old employees are permanent दामाद of company, they will not accept new employees.

Good organization but motor claim department having lot of work load and there is very much biased in ratings and promotion

Pros: Brand name Tech savy High Variable pay (not sure whether we'll get it or not) Cons: No one gives a f*ck about ur issues. No owing of responsibility. Completely tech driven, no human interaction as the system would assign everything. People won't attend calls. Your problem is your problem, none of our Problem. High Pressure to achieve target without top level and ground level support. Except sales no one will work on Saturday.

Changes in designation, pressure of your package in your job responsibilities are huge, especially in East the culture is not as professional as in other zones.
