The compay pramotes you, however expect you to work with the earlier salary. The company gives you a higher designation on your performance however doesn't pay that much. with the promotion, job responsiblity gets incresed but that doesn't increase your salary.

Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business...
