Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here

Koi equality nh h, manager behavior is very bad, partially karte h, such bolne vale ko company se fire krte h, sab k liye ek rules h but manager o follow nh krta uske important person k liye jyada benefit dikhata h aise logonki wajah se hi company ka nam kharb hota hai.

Everything, work culture is pathetic, salary is market minimum, work planning is pathetic as well most teams are just eating each others business, team leaders are lost when I comes to challenges, and the worst operations teams ever, if you are in sales you would wish you never worked. Dying a beggar is better than joining this place
