I feel work culture towards timings they have to rework ... employee in that company I felt very stretch timings towards work not able to find the timing for my personal life.

ICICI Lombard is a good company to work but there will be not any increment in the salary and every person are thinking about only business not a one thinks about employees satisfaction or employees enjoyment. Higher management only consider thier position not for bottom employees

The higher management should have to take care of sales executive also ,the managers thinks about their performance only even they are not thinking about executive ,they only pressuring for the business, not a one person thinks about executive health.

The company respected the offers they gave. They didn't revoke any offer. The company has many gaps in terms of technology, automation and digitalization. Hence, the projects are very good. Lots of roles & responsibilities. Good learning curve.

... to start? The compensation is good (neither the best in the market nor less). But it's doesn't pay for the mental trauma that every employee has to go through while working here( especially when you're a new fish in the pond). The work life balance is pathetic. Nobody is professional, except the HR. But you won't be interacting with them after you are onboard. Peers don't reply to your mails, msgs. You have to call them multiple times to even get an acknowledgement. It's not just about the politics but also about the language your seniors talk to you in. They are still living in 1990-2000 when the leadership style of screaming, blackmailing, warning about firing you works. To the Mancom of Lombard - Please improve the leadership style of your VPs and AVPs. Thankyou

Probably the best place for learning and executing on faster mode. Once you work here you will be considered master of the business. Pressure and focus on results are very high so that learning on the job will be key
