There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...g queue for tea and coffee because tea and coffee is available for limited time. salary is not good. They pay for a 9:30 hours but actually they take your 11 hours for work only and not even giving a overtime incentive. there is no career growth. But yes i was lucky because my team leader and Teammates are very supportive and caring. I meet so many people in lombard and realize no one is happy everyone is working because they want to gain experience and icici lombard is a big name so they can find a better job and i think lombard is already known this that's why they give a very less basic salary and quarterly incentives.

ICICI Lombard is a good company to work but there will be not any increment in the salary and every person are thinking about only business not a one thinks about employees satisfaction or employees enjoyment. Higher management only consider thier position not for bottom employees

Dislikes

The higher management should have to take care of sales executive also ,the managers thinks about their performance only even they are not thinking about executive ,they only pressuring for the business, not a one person thinks about executive health.

As I m a former employee of this company i found that only work is important not any thing else.. They gives mental pressure to the employees which results in nervous break down. I m lucky that my family support is with me and I leave the job just after 3 months of joining because of mental torture by the boss of our vertical.. Plz don't join this company if u dont want to take mental pressure

.... Pathetic working culture.. Pathetic boss... Pathetic company to work with. The person will get salary but also get mental pressure which can broke u up....
