Very less salary If you work hard they will never appreciate you Sales team involvement infact manger did not take stand for there employees. They only blames you. Work load is to high you will be doing 2 persons work at 1 person salary. Work culture is very bad.

Job security and few HR policies now those are outdated. Nothing much other than job security.

... year rather than thinking about team requirements. Should work on all weekends. No extra pay for overtime. Band 1 people come and say that they are going to implement overtime allowances but it's almost 2 years now but no such action taken. No internal job movements as they are scared to move resources for loss of track and no skill improvement programs. You would do same kind of job for years and they never reply to complaints.

...urism, no promotion and good appraisal if you are not your superior's favourite. New joiners are paid very good salary good hike and old employees are not valued

...g queue for tea and coffee because tea and coffee is available for limited time. salary is not good. They pay for a 9:30 hours but actually they take your 11 hours for work only and not even giving a overtime incentive. there is no career growth. But yes i was lucky because my team leader and Teammates are very supportive and caring. I meet so many people in lombard and realize no one is happy everyone is working because they want to gain experience and icici lombard is a big name so they can find a better job and i think lombard is already known this that's why they give a very less basic salary and quarterly incentives.

There is several departments, i was working in ( CRT Department ), i had good experience at icici Lombard, if you are completing your on time so no one will force you for OT, if you want leave so you will have to inform few days back to your reporting person and your leave will be approved, we had office outing also, i had been there for 1 year i haven't felt any office politics.

Less salary IJP after 18 months No gift or sweet in diwali Less salary hike
