ICICI Lombard is a good company to work but there will be not any increment in the salary and every person are thinking about only business not a one thinks about employees satisfaction or employees enjoyment. Higher management only consider thier position not for bottom employees

The higher management should have to take care of sales executive also ,the managers thinks about their performance only even they are not thinking about executive ,they only pressuring for the business, not a one person thinks about executive health.

Worst place to wrk they keep renewing contract when employee salary is expected to increase more than the budget they terminate the contract never work with them max for 2 yrs
