The good part is that, salary gets credited on time. Good peers no competition .

The bad part is that, the management do not have any clarity and there is no proper road map for any thing. Also works are very much unstructured and unclear maximum of the time. Not much learning

...ICICI Foundation for little more than a year, there is no room for advancement . the job itself can be very stressful and the pay is extremely very low.

Management is very out for themselves as are most of the co workers and you'rs very much a number never treated as a person.

Too much politics. Work life balance is very low. No personal life of your. Need to provide services for 24×7 for Bhubaneswar branch. Overloaded with work Some time ll regret for this decision.

I was very good organization before 2023 but right now because of organization restructure so many people losses there job with only 5-6 days of notice period.

Dislikes

No job security right now . Every day new decision comes and all on going plan you should stop. No fix location for job.
