Remuneration is too low for persons who is experienced. Salary package is below average compared to other organisations. And employee who is working for the same organisation for morethan 6years getting salary of an RM new in other organisations .

Bonus and no bell curve in appraisal

Work culture is very very poor. Work time starts at 8:45 am and finishes at 9:30 pm. No leave allowed except sunday. Daily unrealistic target and unprofessional micro management.

... smile is ......it's just fierce competition and a rat race .....that's all .... Compensation at the year end is great here ....same level of torture of doing sales in whichever role you are for the whole FY ....

The concalls and morning hurdles ....and unnecessary pressure which results nothing at the end ..... pressure cooker bank .....🤐

If you are capable of doing business exceeding organisation expectations go for it There will be different rules in different regions it all based on your regional head and sales head. If you are coming from competative Bank you get good salary hike if not joining as fresher will get low salary below contract security at your branch Any vertical you need to do all business and get activated in all products Likes - Good HR policy

Double standard Haathi ke daant dikhane ke aur Khane ke aur I worked for 14 years and 8 years no salary hike, no promotion even no proper work according to grade Only good marketing to get new employees and no respect and job security and money for old employees. Force old employees to leave the organization indirectly through REMG and transfer. And boast for best HR and job security which is absolutely wrong. Don't waste your future here. Mujhe to barbaad kar Diya isne.
