So I just finished a year at ICICI and am now in SO grade in the eRM channel. My highest educational qualification is a B.Com. And now I intend to prepare for FRM. Dislikes

It depends on the team you work for and mainly the manager who you are reporting to. I am having a bad experience only because of the manager as she is micro managing and unnecessarily shouts at things that has 0 value addition to the tasks. Nothing major to learn in the profile, it's mostly ppt and excel work.
