Pay is huge. But life is hard in icici.

Culture is highly toxic. Highly autocratic supervisory and assembly line work routine. Employees are seen as work skippers or lazyheads. Knowledge, information or experience do not matter here. You just need to work like a machine. Office premises resemble a godown with broken chairs, no ventilation with non-functional acs and fans. For the money, employees are expected to drain their physical, mental, personal and emotional well being within the office itself. Worst of all, there is zero chance to learn or even improve your skill(s) because work is highly monotonous and only TAT oriented. No importance given to quality or good performance.

Likes

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

Dislikes

Speaking frankly, i dislike my salary, now salary is not the most important thing for me. But when you have a family and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly and you easily end up with an empty bank account, and i know that people with my job earn better in many companies this area. And i see no reason why i shouldn't earn more.

Teammates are excellent they are very supportive.I have confidence now to face all problems and have confidence to face new challenges.

Salary is very low . They are providing very low salary, it is not enough for my daily expenses but very pathetic is within that salary they reduce my salary for one month because of bad business, that is very pathetic and cruel

... Even if you are not knowledgeable you need to remain in good books in ZH ad RH. Be their chamcha and you will get good promotion and raise in the salary. Be a bootlicker.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

Dislikes

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.
