The salary and office premises are good. That's the only good thing about working at ICICI Bank

Dislikes

Very bad boss pleasing culture, no meritocracy, performance ratings are a joke. No transparency in policies, if you are a higher up you can get things done pretty fast. I would not suggest people from premier Bschools and Technology people to join this company.
