Work culture is really bad. Salary quoted highly differs from actual inhand. Seniors treat as garbage. Shout for every reason Extreme target pressure. Some roles like me need to travel to different places but no facility provided.

... but in my case my employer didn't show such a value for this position or title. It seems that they have got an employee who can serve them with lesser pay, but is it justified from employee point of view. Though the work culture and team members are very friendly and helping in nature, which make me work diligently but at month end it hurts!!!

Title job roles should be equally paid. Its like you are taking benefit from a low salaried employee for a responsible job role. Recruitment's are being made with higher salary and even low designation employees are being paid more than their existing old employee with higher designation.

... Even if you are not knowledgeable you need to remain in good books in ZH ad RH. Be their chamcha and you will get good promotion and raise in the salary. Be a bootlicker.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

Dislikes

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.

It depends on the team you work for and mainly the manager who you are reporting to. I am having a bad experience only because of the manager as she is micro managing and unnecessarily shouts at things that has 0 value addition to the tasks. Nothing major to learn in the profile, it's mostly ppt and excel work.
