Icici is the best organization but there previous salary with incentiveis there but now stopped the incentive so evry two year there will get promotion so iam not satisfied

ICICI BANK is a very good organisation for excellent service and to gain more knowledge on each and every banking product and, i'm very happy to work in that, coming to work culture its completely dependent on process shop(location) and CPA team, our work is up to dealing the customer and suggest them with a suitable home loan product and give them a best service ever and to start the process,the remaining process will be in the hands of technical team,credit team,legal team and operations team,but in this process we can learn lot of things about mortgage loans, Healthy environment with good team members and managers, more benfits of incentives based on our targets,pay structure is good, Although i'm an off role employee through Iprocess services but company never showed that difference between on role and off role, I'm missing my work style and days spent there.

Teammates are very supportive, friendly and helpful in business, compensation is decent only when we get incentives/pay out, growth is also slow. Huge work pressure from branch managers, mortgage managers sometimes from customers too, on month ends we used to work more hours till late nights, no travel allowances will be provided, sometimes Appraisals are only from customers for our service and communication but not from Managers for our work, work-life can easily balanced and happy. Patience is the biggest weapon in banking.

You feel always preasure on your mind. Basic salary is very low. Incentive norms is very high. They're not give us the idcard of icici bank, they give us photo id card of iprocess so that it is hard to build customer trust.

Icici Bank is too good, icici bank during covid not deducted any salary any employees, i am fully satisfied with icici bank, i am currently working in icici bank,Good environment was there,Very good place for working and learning, college's was very supportive for any work,Good support from management they are helpful Thank's Icici Bank for giving me a best services 🙏🙏
