Training and development is good.Job security is fine.salary structure and appraisal are average. There will be politics anywhere. It’s the same with ICICI. Work-life balance is fine when compared with other private banks. You will not be involved in innovation.Career growth is dependant on your manager and his perception on you.

Training is not given to employees you have to learn from the existing employees even people 2 to 3 grades lower to you ,so a person always has limited information about a activity. You can we asked to do those activities that are for lower grades then you.
