late salary credit then rest of the banks, no hr is available, hr is in the name only, when you need it they won't be available. politics is very high people are sitting to take away your jobs, pathetic work culture & toxic environment, they won't promote you until you have a vintage of at least 3 years. Your supervisor is not supportive and always puts the blame on you. If your mapped customers are not receiving your calls, then all you have to suffer because you have to give 3 hours talk time no matter what, if not they will torture you along with you have to sales & generate revenue about 100000, where a certain percentage is fixed with the product

Icici bank provides a very wide and great opportunity to work for.The support system which icici bank gives I bet no other indian bank can give.I love to work here.The policies are also best.Its wide network and support system make the work easier and very smooth.The kind of products and services is there for the customers are very good and very satisfactory to sell as well as experience.This is the best bank to work for.

They have unlimited sick leaves. But if you are sales profile. It will be little bit difficult for you to survive. Because when they ask for late sitting due to no business and if you say no to them they will take action against you. They will stop your bonus and promotion also give you transfer anywhere in India.

...R will only listen to seniors. And then they will stop your promotion and bonus. Also give you transfer anywhere in India without hike in salary. Also there is no commitment for future bonus and promotion. This specifically happen in vrm channel and branch sales. If your are corporate office like BKC, Lower parel, chandivli, worli then your life will be sorted. In sales profile they will make you suffer.
