Good work environment and culture. Company policy are good. And low salary hike and good bonus. But supervisor behaviour is not good for female employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

So much worst job, please don't join Icici bank because there is no culture in ICICI Bank like other PSU banks. Here I personally feel that Icici bank wants only sales person not banker. There is no time for personal life in ICICI Bank and so much pressure for sales in ICICI Bank and so much less opportunity to growth. I advise everyone that please don't join this bank.

No work life balance daily targets of various banking products sometimes branch manager make employees to sit late in the branch, no skill development at all. Banking industry is worst to start your career.

Pay is huge. But life is hard in icici.

Culture is highly toxic. Highly autocratic supervisory and assembly line work routine. Employees are seen as work skippers or lazyheads. Knowledge, information or experience do not matter here. You just need to work like a machine. Office premises resemble a godown with broken chairs, no ventilation with non-functional acs and fans. For the money, employees are expected to drain their physical, mental, personal and emotional well being within the office itself. Worst of all, there is zero chance to learn or even improve your skill(s) because work is highly monotonous and only TAT oriented. No importance given to quality or good performance.
