Training is too old...it means they teach old things and present plan is changed...it's not ICICI bank fault..it's a fault of training center where ICICI sent us for 15 days training

...rowth and promotions as per vintage as decided by hr and not as per performance. But if you are satisfied with average salary and WLB, u can go for it.

...ey do not even consider transfer requests even if they are on medical grounds. They just hire candidates on the pretext of job opportunity and salary, but the job demands everything and gives just peanuts of salary in return because the salary has a verry big variable portion that includes Performance linked retention pay, cost of loan, deferred pay, etc. The actual fixed in hand salary is nothing but peanuts.
