The most liked thing about this Bank for me was the amount of learning I had. One has a lot of opportunities in ICICI Bank if you are ready to learn and stretch yourself. The work culture is quite professional mostly because you have a sense of security when you work there. It's not just that you keep working and do not know what lies ahead. Additionally, the Bank has good policies for female workers as they really support them a lot with their leave policies and other benefits.

Dislikes

The major apart here is the salary and appraisals. Once you join here, the hike in your salary won't be much. As compared to the work you handle and the variety of roles you work into, the pay you get does not justify it at all. As we all know we are way underpaid here n India for many job roles and sectors.

Salary come on time on the last day of the month.

... Even if you are not knowledgeable you need to remain in good books in ZH ad RH. Be their chamcha and you will get good promotion and raise in the salary. Be a bootlicker.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

Dislikes

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.

Dislikes

It depends on the team you work for and mainly the manager who you are reporting to. I am having a bad experience only because of the manager as she is micro managing and unnecessarily shouts at things that has 0 value addition to the tasks. Nothing major to learn in the profile, it's mostly ppt and excel work.

Job security is there and salary credited timely

Dislikes

No work life balance daily targets of various banking products sometimes branch manager make employees to sit late in the branch, no skill development at all. Banking industry is worst to start your career.
