Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

Thank God for centralized appraisals, otherwise one wouldn't get a dime! The company culture is deteriorating with every passing minute. You won't get to learn new things unless the hierarchy sees their own benefit in it. Favourism and partiality goes hand in hand and at a peak level.

Working with icici is gud u get learn many things but if ur looking for salary part then it's very poor here offered salary and the salary u get has a huge difference after u joined icici u will regert like me over ur decision were as ur in situation that u can't leave the job and ur stucked their.

Salary is not meeting the inflation and that to be in a big city like hyderabad. There is no connection between the post of deputy manager and the role in bank.

...look you as a Human. Even in this century those people see Caste and Religion. Only the Salary part is good other than that nothing. No Work life balance. Have to work for 12 hours daily. Though there are not much work you will be asked to sit until your senior tells you to go home. They will just change your role without your consent and ask you to move to other departments.
