No job security and no care about his employee. The world is facing a Catastrophic situation due to outbreak of COVID-19 but they jobless their employee and transferred the employee other state. Any request nor follow by senior also and lastly harassing to employee and say to put down the paper.Higher hierarchy only listen the word of high label employee and law label employee are punished for them.Now company policy is very worst

They are putting employee in no role even they take work from them even cut down his bonus and Sallary, every branch work 9 pm, Lower employee harassed by senior and finaly put the situation where employee automatically given resignation

Salary come on time on the last day of the month.

... Even if you are not knowledgeable you need to remain in good books in ZH ad RH. Be their chamcha and you will get good promotion and raise in the salary. Be a bootlicker.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

Dislikes

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.

It depends on the team you work for and mainly the manager who you are reporting to. I am having a bad experience only because of the manager as she is micro managing and unnecessarily shouts at things that has 0 value addition to the tasks. Nothing major to learn in the profile, it's mostly ppt and excel work.

No work life balance daily targets of various banking products sometimes branch manager make employees to sit late in the branch, no skill development at all. Banking industry is worst to start your career.
