no opportunity for CPA post and no training from joining also as compare to current position and working hours salary is not good for my post. so unable to see any kind of career growth and opportunities.

I get lot of knowledge about home loan process due to training given by my colleagues.Office working hours and leaves are comfortable so that I can provide too much time with my family.It's off role job, unfortunately job is less secure than on role job.Company culture is very healthy and happy.I am very glad to work with icici.knowledge providing by icici is useful for my career development.

Our company enhance salary on rating given by seniors.Our seniors also take a part in our learning.They provide us innovative ideas.

Salary in off role ICICI bank closes are not increased. His example is that I worked in ICI Bank for 2 years, but my salary is only ₹ 500.

...role it's the week point of ICICI Bank on role employee didn't given any value..off role employee didn't expect high salary....when you go other bank they're refuse to accept because you are a CPA in ICICI bank.

FOLLOWING SOFTWARE ARE IMPORTANT FOR PROCESSING OF PL 1 APS 2 I DISBURSE 3 CTL 4 I VIEW 5 MCA LINK 6 LISTED COMPANY LIST 7 CAM SHEET 8 MULTIPLIER SHEET & IRR, ROI SHEET ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER SALARY AND PROPOSAL LOAN AMOUNT 9 CODING AS PER OTHER BANK OR ICICI BANK ORGANISATION ALSO TESTING OTHER SOFTWARE WHICH ARE EFFICIENT AND SIMPLE TEAM WORK IS EXCELLENT &EFFICIENT
