I get lot of knowledge about home loan process due to training given by my colleagues.Office working hours and leaves are comfortable so that I can provide too much time with my family.It's off role job, unfortunately job is less secure than on role job.Company culture is very healthy and happy.I am very glad to work with icici.knowledge providing by icici is useful for my career development.

...role it's the week point of ICICI Bank on role employee didn't given any value..off role employee didn't expect high salary....when you go other bank they're refuse to accept because you are a CPA in ICICI bank.
