Credit appraisal is quite stringent which gets reflected in low NPA position of the bank. So expect a tough time if you are dealing with loans. There are no free passes.

The only culture Leadership knows is to disrespect their employees. The culture they is no zero culture!!! No workplace etiquettes. Howling is a common way seniors talk in this bank.

Being an a organisation..everywhere they are having own concern but the PPL who comes between.& drives depends on that which .spoils the culture of organisation as well it effects on employees

People, leadership, sick leaves not approved - causing loss of pay, unorganised, manual data entry, ancient systems, frequent pointless meetings and have no clear agenda that stretch beyond 1 hr (max. 5 hrs), no work from home almost always required to work from anywhere on sick leave, have strict login and logout times,
