Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

Mainly they are focusing on sales for every employees, only office boy don't have sales pressure and they will treat us irrespective manner As i knew same thing in every branch and as per work pressure salary is very low. They treat us like daily wages workers.

Icici bank ls good to work and like I feel my family . Digitally improved and company to other banks icici skills are there. I like to work icici.

Dislikes is I worked in icici past 6 years but i have not satisfied with salary structure and promotions.

Sales pressure and mangers treat employees bad, they pressure too much for sales and mangers torture their employees for sales, icici bank needs only sales, they prefer sales then service, 90% sales 10% service, they don't care about there employees, worst place to work ,many employees in ICICI Bank are getting panic attack due to pressure and torture given by there mangers

Banking is good but you get paid less. If going to Banking make sure your initial package is higher. Learning is high and interesting work.

Dislikes

It's donkeys work. Saturdays and full work from office only. Few people like (Saurabh Srivastava .. who don't know anything) can make egoistic decisions and can control others.Transfers and role changes are a joke. HR doesn't listen and non existent
